1. About Peach Bucket

Peach Bucket offers child-safety and childproofing products intended to help parents and caregivers reduce common household risks.

Our products may include items such as:

  • corner and edge protectors;

  • safety locks and straps;

  • socket covers;

  • door safety products;

  • appliance locks;

  • furniture safety accessories; and

  • other childproofing products and kits.

Our products are designed to support safer home environments, but no childproofing product can eliminate all risk.

Peach Bucket products are not a substitute for responsible adult supervision.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order through Peach Bucket.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

  • you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that they are made aware of the relevant product instructions and safety information.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

  • colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen;

  • minor variations may occur between production batches; and

No product can make an environment completely childproof.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for:

  • installing products correctly;

Never rely on a Peach Bucket product as the sole means of preventing access to a dangerous item, area or substance.

5. Installation and Proper Use

Customers must follow all installation, usage, compatibility and maintenance instructions supplied with a product.

Where adhesive products are involved:

  • the relevant surface should be properly cleaned and prepared;

  • sufficient installation and curing time should be allowed where specified;

  • compatibility with the relevant material or finish should be checked; and

  • products should not be used on surfaces for which they are unsuitable.

Incorrect installation, modification, misuse or use outside the product's intended purpose may reduce its effectiveness.

Peach Bucket is not responsible for product failure caused by installation or use contrary to the instructions provided, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to:

  • product availability;

  • payment confirmation;

  • successful verification where required; and

  • acceptance by Peach Bucket.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • an item is unavailable;

  • an incorrect price or product information was displayed;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • the order appears fraudulent;

  • incorrect delivery information has been supplied; or

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated before completion of your purchase.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Peach Bucket is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where a package is lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered or otherwise affected during transit, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can investigate the issue.

10. Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, as displayed on our website.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return Policy limits any non-excludable rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

From time to time, Peach Bucket may offer:

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

18. No Absolute Safety Guarantee

Childproofing products are risk-reduction tools.

Peach Bucket does not represent or guarantee that:

  • accidents cannot occur;

  • children will never overcome or remove a safety device;

  • a product will be suitable for every home or circumstance; or

  • installation of a product makes an area completely safe.

Continued adult supervision and appropriate household safety practices remain essential.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Peach Bucket harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising directly from your:

  • unlawful use of our website;

  • violation of these Terms;

  • infringement of another person's rights; or

  • deliberate misuse or unauthorised modification of our products.

This provision does not affect any legal rights you may have as a consumer.
